Today’s decision by the Wisconsin Elections Commission to prematurely end its investigation into Green Bay’s unprecedented twice-in-three-months ‘extra ballots’ crisis is disappointing. While welcomed, the resignation of the official in charge when these mistakes occurred is not sufficient.
